Information you provide

When you request the Starter Pack, contact us, or purchase a digital product, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, message content, and transaction-related details.

Email delivery

MailerLite is used to deliver the Starter Pack and related email communications. Your name and email address may be processed by MailerLite for those purposes. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.

Payments

Stripe processes payments for paid digital products. Sohrab Izad does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe may process billing, fraud-prevention and transaction information under its own privacy terms.

Advertising and measurement

The site may use advertising or analytics technologies, including OpenAI Ads measurement, to understand visits, lead submissions and purchases, improve campaign performance, and measure advertising effectiveness. These tools may use browser or device information as permitted by their settings and applicable law.

Sharing

Personal information is not sold to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site and product, such as MailerLite, Stripe, hosting providers and measurement vendors, only for the services they provide.

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, transaction records, security and dispute resolution. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

Hosting, security and customer access

The implemented service uses Cloudflare for hosting, request security, private file storage and order/access records. Security cookies maintain checkout and download access. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent automated abuse. It is not used here to create an advertising audience.

Transactional delivery

Resend is the transactional email adapter in this release and is used for purchase-access messages once configured. Purchase access is separate from marketing permission. Buying does not automatically enroll a new email address in the marketing sequence.

Optional advertising measurement

You can allow or decline optional OpenAI advertising measurement using Measurement choices. Declining does not prevent signup or purchase. This implementation respects a Global Privacy Control signal for optional measurement. When permitted, ad click references and campaign parameters can accompany event identifiers, event times and purchase amounts. Raw names and email addresses are not explicitly sent by this site's conversion API. Automatic advanced matching must remain disabled in the ad-account setup for this data-minimization configuration.

The website stores your measurement preference and consented campaign attribution in your browser. Declining or withdrawing permission stops future browser measurement and clears this website's stored attribution. Events already lawfully transmitted cannot be recalled by changing a browser preference. You can contact us about privacy requests.
